Still a Life, 2014, wood, light, lens, fruit and wine

The work is part of a body of works that invents un-invented pre-cinema machines.
Still a Life is an object projector, a kind of inside-out camera obscura, which was un- invented in the course of history. Inside the machine is a still life that decays and continues to rot during the three months of the exhibit.

As part of the group exhibit “Living in a Movie,” curated by the Sala-Manca group, at The Hansen House, Jerusalem.
